OfferCue

Terms of Service

1. What OfferCue provides

OfferCue is a digital sponsored-offer distribution service. An advertiser or its authorized agent submits a company, offer, audience, destination URL, target country and language. OfferCue turns that information into structured sponsored inventory that participating consumer agents can retrieve by user intent.

OfferCue is not a store, marketplace, review publisher or physical-goods seller. No physical products are shipped, and shipping, delivery and product-return policies do not apply to this service.

2. How an advertiser uses the service

  1. The advertiser submits a campaign draft with a reachable contact email and an HTTPS destination.
  2. OfferCue validates the required fields and reviews the campaign for clarity, safety, lawful use and sponsor disclosure.
  3. The seven-day pilot is free while it is offered on the site. A paid campaign, when checkout is enabled, will show its price, currency and duration before payment.
  4. A campaign becomes active only after any required payment is confirmed and OfferCue gives explicit moderation approval. Payment by itself never publishes an offer.
  5. During an active campaign, participating agents may retrieve the offer through the API and users may open its destination or public evidence page.

3. What payment means

Payment buys eligibility for review and distribution during the selected campaign period. It does not buy a positive review, verification, endorsement, guaranteed ranking, guaranteed retrieval or guaranteed conversion. External agents decide independently whether an offer is relevant to a user's request.

At the time of this publication, paid checkout is not enabled. Do not send payment outside a checkout flow that identifies the campaign and displays the applicable price and duration.

4. Advertiser responsibilities

The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its company description, offer, claims, destination, prices, availability, intellectual-property rights and required consumer disclosures. The advertiser must be authorized to promote the destination and must not use OfferCue for unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, discriminatory, infringing or malicious content.

OfferCue may request clarification, reject a draft, pause an active campaign or remove a destination when it is misleading, unsafe, unavailable, unauthorized or incompatible with these terms. A public offer always remains labeled as sponsored.

5. Campaign period, cancellation and payment issues

Campaigns are time-bound. Expiration removes the offer from active retrieval; it does not turn a paid placement into evergreen editorial content. To request a pause, removal, correction or payment review, contact the operator through the contact form and include the campaign or evidence URL.

Because paid checkout is currently disabled, there is no active paid refund schedule on this page. Before enabling a payment provider, OfferCue will publish the provider, price, campaign duration, cancellation process, refund rules and dispute channel shown to the advertiser before purchase.

6. Consumer agents and users

Consumer agents must preserve the advertiser identity, exact offer, audience, geography, freshness and visible sponsored disclosure when presenting an OfferCue result. A retrieved offer is not independent advice or proof that the advertiser is the best option.

7. Contact and legal operator

For support, corrections or removal requests, use OfferCue contact. The public contact page contains the available reply channel and the legal operator information configured for the payment-provider review. The operator information must match the account used to receive any future payments.

8. Changes and legal review

OfferCue may update these terms as the service, payment provider or applicable jurisdiction changes. These terms describe the current pilot behavior and should be reviewed for the operator's jurisdiction before paid commercial launch. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer.
